A public directory of an application's members.

Implemented and disabled by default, activated per application by CORE administration.

Members presents an application's user base as a public, browsable directory — a way for an application's community to be visible, without building a directory feature from scratch.

It is a presentation layer on top of CORE's existing identity — it introduces no separate concept of a user.
